You pay in full when you book, securely by card. Your day is locked in as soon as payment goes through.

Free changes or cancellation up to 48 hours before your clean. Inside 48 hours, 50% of the booking is kept, because Vinnie only takes one job a day and can't fill the spot at short notice.

After your booking you get a personal referral code. Your mate enters it when they book and gets $30 off. Once their clean is completed, you get $30 back.

For bond cleans, yes. Bond cleans are for empty homes only, so all furniture and belongings need to be moved out first and every surface, cupboard and corner can be cleaned. Deep cleans can be done while you're living there. Vinnie cleans around and under furniture where he safely can. Upholstery, mattresses and the inside of furniture aren't included, and he can't move heavy items (anything over about 10 kg).

Move everything out (for bond cleans), keep the power, water and hot water on, empty and defrost the fridge the day before if it's being cleaned, clear out rubbish, add access, parking and pet details to your booking notes, and have any tradies finish first. No. Just leave access instructions when you book. Vinnie will message you when he arrives and when he's done.

Yes, everything is supplied. You just need power and water connected.

Bond cleans include the inside of every window, plus the tracks and sills. Outside glass isn't included (apart from the balcony door glass when you add a balcony clean), and Vinnie doesn't clean high or upstairs windows from the outside. If your lease asks for outside windows to be done, a specialist window cleaner with the right ladders and gear is the safe way to go.

Choose the condition honestly when you book (photos help). If the home is noticeably worse on the day, Vinnie will send you photos before starting and the correct condition fee will be charged once you approve. If you don't approve, he'll clean to the booked scope only.

If your property manager flags a cleaning item within 72 hours of your clean, Vinnie comes back and fixes it free. It covers cleaning only, not damage or wear and tear. Read the full terms.
