• $30 per completed clean. For every bond clean your agency sends, paid to the agency each month.
• Photo report after every clean. Room-by-room photos emailed to you, so you can check before you inspect.
• Priority booking. Agency jobs get first pick of Vinnie's days when the calendar is tight.
• Re-cleans within 48 hours. If anything's flagged, Vinnie is back fast so your handover isn't held up.
• Bill the agency when it suits. Landlord paying? Choose "Bill the agency" at checkout and your agency gets a tax invoice after the clean instead.
